Jazz at the Ranch on the campus of Rancho Cielo continues on Friday September 8 with The Monterey Jazz Festival Regional All Star Band and Vocal Ensemble. It is a rare opportunity to actually hear into the future, with a group of remarkable young musicians and vocalists.
Monterey Jazz Festival Director, Colleen Bailey will join us to chat about the young people, the festival and their partnership with Rancho.
We will talk to Jay Meduri from one of our favorite places, The Poor House Bistro. They moved the building to a new location and brought the same great food with them. He has some fun stories about driving a house down the street.
Liner Notes will spotlight The Stones with a cover of a tune which wasn't released until 2021.
