Hisham is an interesting guy. One of the bright young chefs on the scene today who is appeared on Food Network and is shaking up the Southbay dining scene with his terrific food.

Our friend Brian Chiala will check in about summer grilling and Los Gatos Meats new location in Capitola. When it comes to a great butcher, Brian is among the best.
